There was confusion about the drop off due to the computer system. I believe the associate at the drop off location helped resolve the problem. I had to call the (800) number to get it corrected, then she could see my ticket.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady who handled the Uhauls was very nice. And she made the process so easy. However, she had to enter the information again about the right blinker not working because it was not entered by the representative that I talked to about returning it. But I give this location and the staff a complete 5 star review and would definitely recommend them to others.
TINA WMy order wasn’t fulfilled. Reserved moving blankets along with my trailer. Showed up and nobody let me know that there were no blankets available. Uhaul fails again. Wouldn’t recommend uhaul
JOE HUhaul maintenance on tires & wheel bearings, not a warm and fuzzy feeling this trip.
DANIEL HYes only because the rep had multiple complaints similar to mine so she was understanding but definitely not happy about doing business with Uhaul in general.
