person behind the desk didn't know what she was doing, took her 3 tries to rent me a trailer (about 15 minutes), finally another guy had to come help me - took him about 3 minutes.
The customer service is poor. The maskless associate was very short and clearly could care less if I decided to rent a truck. I also don't need to hear the 2 staffers bad mouth other customers. I don't expect Grade A guest service but not a hi, smile, or a word that wasn't required to fill out the information on the computer. I only rented out of true last minute necessity. I considered walking out every second of this process. I will use another company next time.
I ended up at this location because no one ever called to tell me where to pick up the truck. After wasting an hour with the original location had to drive aprox 20 miles to the new location
Better rate, mine was too expensive , I rented a cargo van for one day and I was charged almost $150 , I usually rent a truck and I never paid that much

Excellent Experience ! informative, courteous team. well stocked showroom for all of the moving materials we needed. handcarts boxes tape packing material clean facility with strong Covid practices in place. truck was clean and perfect working condition.
had a reservation for three weeks in advance, then get called the day before and was told no equipment available. then was told equipment available for sunday, so I had to rearrange my movers which I hired. then was told I could only pick up on sunday after 9m, so I had to rearrange again for movers to be later. get there on sunday morning, and the clerk at the desk is complaining about how it was entered into the system over and over again. at this point I had lost so much time and money i didnt care for his attitude whatsoever and started giving him one back because I just wanted to go and get this overwith. it is to be noted, that I after I complained, I was given miles for free, because instead of a one way trip, it became a round trip, and with 55 miles each way, I did not want to pay for those extra miles.
Check engine light was on the whole time.
This location, which was not the one I had reserved, was 70 miles from my home and employees were unprepared when we arrived. The items we had rented were not in the truck, although we were assured they were. The weather stripping around the passenger door was coiled in the passenger seat. There were live insects crawling on the ramp.
My only tidbit is to make the entrance signage a bit more clear. There is a sign for "rental return" and then, right after that is another driveway to a separate parking lot. I found it confusing because I was not returning a rental the first time I went there. I would suggest simply using an "entrance" sign.

Some how my 29 dollar rental became a 60 rental ?
I booked an reservation online for a van self-service pick up on Sunday at 5pm. However when I got there to pick my van, the pick up process system told me that it was scheduled to pick up in person and since I showed up after 5pm , the reservation suggested me to come back another time. I was mad and upset because I was already all set to move my apartment. I was so confused at that time because my reservation was clearly say self pick up and now the system said it was scheduled in person pick up. I saw an employee was still working outside of the building and I asked for help. I felt bad because they already closed the store and was ready to leave. Despite of the confusing I have had at the beginning, there were two nice employees working together and helped me to get my van. I didn't get a chance to ask their names but I hope this feedback can get to your manager and kudos their works. They treated me very nice and patient, even though it was an after hours pick up. I cannot be thankful enough for making this work. Because I would be very very upset , if I had to unpack all my stuffs and ask for a day off at work to do my moving. I wish U-Haul system have a better communication about my reservation to the store. Or the store employee could have reviewed my pickup reservation and have it ready for afterhour Pick up before the store closes. I am not sure how you guys function and communicate all together. What if those two employees was not there to help me ? Initially I booked self service pick up, so I didn't expect anybody to be there. The experience could have turn into a very bad experience. To sum up, kudos for those two young man who helped me. Awesome customer service, This u haul location has good people working here, I will definitely come back here. Once again thank you! I normally don't give feedback, but my experience was a roller coaster this time so I decided to leave one. Hope the store manager can share this feedback with the team.
Make sure the extra equipment that is prepaid for is actually with the rental truck. It takes longer when there is no dolly to move furniture but the vehicle needs to be back at the contracted time.

Be HOSPITABLE and COMPASSIONATE. I was given a dirty vehicle after expressing my concerns about the vehicle being dirty prior to taking it off the lot and the vehicle was still left with a dirty interior driver's windshield that almost cost me my life due to my inability to see my entire drive at night through the windshield. They did not care and offered me a mere 50$ as compensation instead of refunding me for this traumatic experience and the owner paul told me it didn't matter if i "almost" got into an accident with a 18 wheeler, basically stating it's cost my life before he would fully or even partially refund me. Disgusting behavior
