A lot of locations don't really follow up on rental returns that fast. This one did. The U-Haul specialist at this store was happy to hear from me when I actulaly called about the return I had made before the store opening time so my rental contract could be closed out fast. This place followed the process right.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisUndoubtably the best part of this experience. Not only was I excited to be turning in the equipment and washing my hands of uhaul, but the staff was very kind, welcoming, and genuinely concerned when I told him about the nightmare dealing with uhaul had been leading up to the turn in.
Christopher DWalk out with the customer and take the pictures you want and make sure everything is there. Very nice employee name conner
LISA NI reserved at a U-Haul center well in advance. The day before pickup, I was told I would have to pickup at a Hardware store. My trailer had a very short wiring harness requiring Avery long connector from my vehicle. I had a long harness, but still was unable to connect. I had to purchase an $18 4 wire extension. No apology, did not offer to give me the extension. When I dropped off the trailer at a U-Haul center, I pointed out the short trailer light wiring. The U-Haul representative agreed it was too short, and said they would add an extension for the next person. No offer to reimburse me for my time and expense.
VICTOR LSuper nice people.
