Domenic AThe location was without reproach and very accommodating. However this was the 4th location that I was booked with over the course of 7 days. This is unacceptable. Hard to plan for time, costs, and logistics when the reservation is unsecured. Beware of booking through the website as the right hand doesn’t semi to know what the left hand is doing. As the most recognized name brand in truck rental, the hassle of securing a truck is unbelievably aggravating.
DAVID BTrash left in the back, drivers key did not work in the door, cab dirty.
Scott TDoor was broke. Had to climb over passenger seat to get in. Gas was on E when I got on. Truck was never cleaned out from the last renter. Concrete and dirt all over the back. Communication was poor at pick up and delivery.
