I originally wanted to rent from a nearby home city, but was rerouted during the reservation process to a location miles away. I wanted to return it to my home city but was told it would cost me $60 when I only paid $30 to begin. Something is not right in that process.

DANIEL SEasy drop off location. Used self check in. Convenient location with large parking area to maneuver equipment drop off
DANIEL SI ordered furniture pads and a dolly for my move, but Uhaul sent me to a location that did not even know what a furniture dolly was. Additionally we rented to equipment in OH and the booking documents said we were dropping it off in Milwaukee Wisconsin but clerk at pick up did not know how to do that. It took 30 minutes on the phone with Uhaul to get it worked out.
Mike AGreat place! Friendly staff.
