My reservation I initially did in Norwood in August on your website, which was an approved and advertised pickup address. A week later I got an email that the pickup address had changed to Water Street in Peterborough, no reason mentioned. Apparently you already know in August that the trailer won;'t be available in Norwood about two months before the actual rental date. About 5 days before the rental date, I decided to call the branch in Peterborough to check if all was still as scheduled, went over lots of details with the manager, such as towing capacity and tire sizes, spend some time to figure it out and then called back to let the branch know all was according to requirements, to get an email literally the next day, two or three days before the rental date, that the pickup address had changed again to a different branch in Peterborough. No call, no explanation from the first PBO branch. The pickup and delivery hast me two more hours of my time to pick up and deliver the trailer again. Why doesn't UHaul drive these trailers to the actually booked branch, instead of bothering the customer with these relocations??? I have no complaints about the location as per your survey, but the questions are not sufficient, as I would rate the overall service below average!

KWAI YI had booked to pick up at the Water street location, as it was walking distance to my house. The day before pick up, my location was changed, so I had to scramble to get a ride. I would recommend that you offer a drop off service to the intended pick up location.
