Do not charge people for equipment they never received. Put accurate date/time on return. The truck was returned the day prior to what the receipt shows. Dispute is still pending for the incorrect 200.00 charge. I was told the manager of the drop of location would reach out as they would have to be the person to submit a refund. I have not been contacted yet.

TERRY Fwhen i made the reservation at connect in wichita falls, i was told that i would have to go to petrolia to get the truck and dolly. i was not told that i would have to do it all by myself. the equipment was near a gas station and to sign the contract, i had to call by phone. the staff at connect in wichita falls ask for 20$ for the hookup service and this made me think that also in petrolia there would be someone who would help me. unfortunately it was not like that.
Paulo MThe cab of the truck smelled like smoke. very strong. I went back in to let them know, and they said they already new about it and had made a note about it. if they had known about it, it would have been nice if they had tried to do something about it.
