There were a lot of issues that I called and reported with a vehicle. It was dirty. There was a lot of damage to it and used up a lot of gas. Plus it takes like 10 minutes to take all the pictures when you drop it off, so trying to show up at a certain time, and then taking like 20 minutes. Having to post the vehicle for photos is a bit much a couple of the reps that I spoke with were very helpful. The staff at your service center was excellent, but for that location. It was very clear that that truck was not inspected or maintained in proper condition. Overall, I have been a U-Haul customer for a very long time, including trips, two, and from Illinois, Texas, and I can only say that I’m extremely disappointed in the way that this vehicle was maintained.

Karmen CI reserved a 10 ft U Haul 11 days prior to needing to pick up at this location since it was closest to my home but was instead sent to the Palmview location for pick up. It was confusing since there was a 10 ft truck on the property the date I needed to pick up and also the day I returned. I don't see this as a fault of the employees but rather the U Haul scheduling system.
Winona MI had a late drop off so I didn’t have contact with personal.
