When picking up the truck, the employee asked us to switch out the tag to the new tag ourselves. I guess it had been renewed and wasn't switched out before we arrived to pick the truck up. We had to go next door to borrow a tool to remove the tag from the truck. Also, when checking out, we were charged a larger fee of $817 instead of our locked in fee of $540. We had reserved a 10' truck and a car trolly in Haleyville and later we were advised that they didn't have a 10' truck or the car trolly that we reserved and that we would need to go to Phil Campbell to get a 15' truck and car trolly at no additional charges. The employee didn't read the notes and give us the locked in price.
