Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHorrible experience I got to location to pick up truck and waited 45 minutes because the worker was calling another worker for whatever reasons. I did call customer service and I must say the two kadies that helped with dispatch were amazing. After arguing with worker and customer service spoke to the gentlemen, they finally gave me the key to the truck.
Aida MWasn't ready for me. Only had 1/4 tank of gas and no hand truck. Also was charged extra $65.00 day after. I returned it 1/4 tank of gas. Want my $65.00 back.
shawn mI rented a truck from this location and returned it the same night after driving only 16 miles. I stopped and put gas to make sure the fuel level matched exactly. I even kept the receipt with a timestamp. Despite returning it with the correct fuel level, they still charged me for 3 extra gallons ($12.35). Their system also showed a wrong drop-off date, which makes the situation even more suspicious. I reached out with full proof and they still didn’t fix it. Very dishonest billing — keep your receipts and take photos of fuel before and after.
