This location was terrible! I had to call a number when I got there to get the rental and no one answered. The owner at the gas station told me he was out of office and had to call the number to tell them to pick up. The person on the phone kept having internet trouble and couldn't find my reservation. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to call me back, when they did they kept asking for the same information over and over again. Then they erased my info and I had to provide it again. There was also a big language barrier the whole time. It took almost an hour to get the keys to the rental. I kept asking how much longer it would take and no one had any answers. The rental was switched to this location. Never ever would I pick up from here again!!!
CHALANDA EVery stressful getting the truck and had to call a number many many times and still no response. Really had no idea what I was signing and I had a few questions but no one was able to help me.
Jessica DPlace was a completely sketchy dive.
