I rented an Appliance Dolly.with a truck (most people choose this because they have an APPLIANCE to move!!). I used the app, booked ahead of time, provided my credit card, etc. I did my part. But at check in, I look inside the truck and there's no dolly. This put me in a time crunch because I had made arrangements to pick up a dishwasher at a certain time. Why let me find out there's no dolly at the moment of checkin instead of before? But I get it now. See, this way, you got to use me, leaving me with no option but to rent your truck and then try to move the appliance without a dolly. This way insured that you got to at least keep the truck rental by giving me no time to cancel the reservation and book elsewhere. That's a win for U-Haul!!! And so, you ask, what can we do to improve for the next customer? Warn him or her that some at U-Haul are shitty communicators and that he or she might suffer as a result.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI understand that there was a system failure, but the entire check in and check out process with the person working there wasn’t good or helpful. Also I had to make 2 phone call you your customer service which didn’t resolve my check out issue. I had to go back to the gas station and hassle with them to get them to finally close out my rental… I will never use this location again
