Matt MThe pick up experience was fine. They were prepared for me even though the proprietor wasn't able to be there, they made arrangements for me to pick up my vehicle. I've rented plenty of U-Haul products before and yet this particular van or truck got horrible, gas mileage. I ended up putting over $120 worth of fuel in the truck and it drank it as fast as I drove at regular freeway speed. I'm sure this vehicle is good for around town, but for a 300 mile trip the vehicle mileage was unimpressive. During the pick up, the app was a bit glitchy, but the customer service on the phone made up for it. They were absolutely amazing.
Adam LThe person who helped me did my contract all wrong because she was in a hurry. I told her very clearly that I wanted to return the UHUAL in a specific location, I gave her the address and when I arrived to my destination and took the UHUAL to the place I told her they told that it was the wrong address and they charged me $281.45 more for taking it there. In that location they told me that I needed to take it back to Arizona when I was already in California. Very disappointed of the service.
Julian MThe equipment was fine for a short time rental. The location was not well maintained and staff was not present during working hours. The app was not intuitive although local customer service on the phone was very helpful.
