The staff were really fast checking us out on 5/31/2020 which was a busy day for moving. I was in and out within 15 mins. and there were 2 people ahead of me, that was impressive! The truck was sanitized inside and it got great gas mileage! I will rent from this location again!

Rod and his wife are great, very thorough. Great faces for youâ€™re business for sure! The phone check in process is rediculous and entirely too time consuming. Sometimes there just is no substitute for the real in person contact!

My only complaint is that whatever soap they use to clean the inside of the uhaul was so strong it made me nauseous the entire time I was in the cab. It was overwhelming and my nose could never adjust to it. I would recommend using something less potent.
I can not say enough good things about the team at the Bell Rd and 40th St U-Haul. The staff went above and beyond to help me out during my move. I have rented U-Haulâ€™s from across the valley and this is by far my best experience.

Mileage rates are too high.
Rod and Colleen are amazing and Iâ€™ve done business with them for a while now. One thing I will say is the truck I used needs the radio fixed. The power button barely works and the volume doesnt work at all

We dropped off after hours and my boyfriend dropped the key before the mobile instructions would download. We couldnâ€™t complete the after hours drop off because we needed a picture of the odemeter. I called and was told they would transfer me to a department that could help me with the return process. I sat on hold for 20 minutes for a rude representative to tell me in 10 seconds she would not be able to help me. I was charged a convenience fee, that was not verbally disclosed to me for the opening team to process my return. Something they would have to do free of charge anyways during hours. I was charged for 7 gallons of gas when I drove 9 miles. Iâ€™ve used this location twice in the last 2 months. I typically rent trucks and vans do to a side business I have. I will no longer be using Uhaul and will instruct my client to not do so either.
