Location was absolutely not ideal. Phone registration was not user friendly at all. Was not a pheasant experience oversll and would not go this route again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is in the middle of the train tracks.. seedy.. the mobile application is horrible. It is not intuitive at all and I always have to call the support desk. You need to work on that.. terrible
Michael CGreat help and service.
Marc RThis check in and drop off process was a nightmare- not because of the location, the app and the website kept freezing, had to contact support 4 times to check in , drop off info had ro be entered twice. Will never use self check in again, whole process took an hour out of my 4 hour rental time- still got charged for full 24 hours. Total scam
Monica PThe truck was Dead, I had to wait more than two hours to get someone from U-Haul there to battery jump the truck, I tried to use my wife’s car, but there was not enough voltage to get the truck to turn it on
