Owner is a fraud, charged us for CDW even though we denied it and then also wrote the mileage wrong. Then when we went in 2 minutes later he told us he didn't even rent it to us and we are lying and he's never seen us before.

I request 16 cubic van ,they only had 10 cubic van ,which we make multiple trips, that been a problem for me.

RALPH CI was overcharged, and the truck was really old and made noises. It was not clean either, and the communication was bad.
YEHIA EI was guaranteed a 10 foot moving truck but the previous customer had not returned it from the following night. I was forced to use a moving van which was smaller and could not fit all of my stuff required for the move.
