Location was closed due to being Sunday. Took 3 additional days to do the check-in of the truck. Had to call corporate multiple times and they couldn't reach the owner either. Finally got the check-in completed. Business looked professionally kept however and didn't have an issue parking the truck or finding the key drop.
I drove 840 miles to this location. I called an hour before I arrived to confirm rental. The agent told me that what was confirmed equipment by UHaul was not a good idea. When I arrived he said he personally called UHaul and again they confirmed tow dolly. When I loaded my truck on the he straps, they kept popping off and my trip from MA to Kentucky was a complete failure. I still have paperwork showing confirmation that my truck could tow the other truck I had purchased. 1700 miles round trip, $90 hotel and $200 in fuel out of my pocket after UHaul confirmed multiple times this tow dolly. UHaul initially wouldn't even refund dolly rental fee, but later did. Doesn't come close to my losses and truck is still there!

The pick up location was great. Easy to get to and get loaded up. The owner of the location was super friendly and nice and answered all questions. We are going through a very tough time in our nation currently with the Coronavirus epidemic and the owner maintained the measures needed to protect myself as well as himself. Very good job. In the future, when I need a uhaul, I will definitely. use this location again. Kudos!!!
