Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything went great got it rented and was on our way within a few minutes the man was kind, honest, and human and we respected that.
Amy SThe office was dirty with garbage {used yogurt container on floor}, tools, bugs crawling around, and dirt. No air conditioning and only one window open {it was 90 plus degrees that day}. The place smelled. Laying on the grass by the door was a half bag of garbage opened. We did not receive any paperwork due to the printer being broken. The truck we rented was not made for people over 6'tall and 200 lbs. Very small. We had a 10'. The seat belts cut into the neck.
shahn mNothing, it's already done 👍
JOHN RDrop-off address was incorrect, and on-site personnel did not answer their phone, but still charged us a late fee.
