The people working at the location had no clue what to do with the furniture pads when I needed to return them. They just handed me a phone with someone on the line. Eventually they took them. The service was extremely poor in the area so I could barely use the app to return the trailer.

The guy at the counter said U-Haul was closed, the store had signs they accepted U-Haul but he was not willing to help me. I placed the trailer near the other ones near the store and advised on the app that I had brought the trailer back as promised.
Christina LDue to a language barrier, and thick accent, it was nearly impossible to communicate with the staff. They also seemed apathetic about the equipment, not wanting to inspect it, or give direction on the extra harness that was still attached to the trailer. Perhaps it was a bad day for them, but I left very unimpressed.
