I was the only customer in the office, it took over an to get keys to a rental truck and to rent a storage unit both of which I had to sweep out myself before loading up. I paid cash for the storage unit rental and my debit card was still credited for the same amount and when I call the office to try to resolve the issue there is no answer. So I am currently looking for another storage unit facility and will be moving all my personal items as soon as possible, for I do not feel as though uhaul values it’s customers.
