This location was amazing, the person that we dealt with that morning went above and beyond, I was originally scheduled for a pick up in maple ridge, the day before I was notified that I had a new pick up location in Pitt meadows. The pick up was scheduled for 9 am and included 24 blankets. When I was notified of the pickup changes I confirmed on the phone that the pickup would still be at 9 am and the moving blankets would be at the new location. This location does not open until 11am, the only reason we were able to get our truck in time for the move was because the owners son saw us while driving past and stopped to help us (big shout out to him) The blankets were not available we were told we would have to drive 3 towns away to pick up the blankets. We were paying people by the hour at this point to stand around waiting for us to return. We tried to make do without the moving blankets. I can not even describe in decent vocabulary how upset we were. We were told there was 3/4 of a tank of fuel there was not it was closer to 5/8 (we have pics) this matters for the self drop off that wanted to charge us $40 and then when we entered 3/4 the web sight said it still wanted to charge us $10 Selling and buying a new house in a new city is already incredibly stressful then to add this crap to the pile is ridiculous. U haul should have their operation together, this is what they damn do for a living.

Simon CIt was out of the way for my drop off.very little space to drop off.the business wasn't open.
robin cThe trailer was dirty and had shattered glass on it. The electrical plug was too short to reach the truck and there was no plug. The rental person didn’t seem to care and sent me off without it only telling me I could buy one at Canadian Tire. The plug and the extension cost me $38.00. Very poor service from this outlet. On returning to enterprise drive in Chilliwack the lady was very nice and professional. She apologized for the poor service from the other location and even took a picture of the equipment we had to buy. U-Haul is not the company it used to be due to some of the questionable contractors that now represent them.
