Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. Everyone was polite respectfully and honest. The guy who helped me choose the right option saved me a few bucks and that's very appreciated. Alot of times companies train their employees to help the customer spend more but not here. This is why I will always use U-haul for moving or if I just need to get furniture home. Thanks for being such a great company!!!!

Good location and friendly staff when I picked up the vehicle. 1. I did not like the vehicle's performance. My brother rented 2 uhauls before and they performed better - handling, steering, and engine. The vehicle that I had is worse than driving a rear wheel drive car with no traction control with all season tires in wet snow. 2. I was assisted by an employee when I dropped the vehicle by 7:40ish, i told him i will come back i just had to refuel the truck. I went back by 8pm exactly, which is the closing but he did not assist me. I would understand if I arrived by 8pm on the first time... but he previously assited me and I told him I will just get gas. Got there by 8pm. So what I did was returned the vehicle online. Still annoying because I still waited if he'll come out but no.

I was told to rent the van that is worth 19.99 and return it to the same location so that I can save money-even though I told the clerk I would be driving to about 18 miles out. I wish I was told to just drive back the van to the nearest location. What was originally supposed to cost me $20 ended up costing be $60. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

You have over charged me. You refuse to even contact me abt correcting my invoice and charge after you said you would. Now I’m going to go back to the store to get this fixed.

Check in process was 30 mins -that’s too long -for having a reservation - then we had to find our truck out in the lot , it was not up front waiting for us & no one was available to help us with that, Check out process on my phone did not work, for some reason my phone would not send the location of the truck -which is the 1st step of the process - so I was unable to complete the check out process using my mobile device. Left keys & contract in the box and received my invoice the next day via email. Bathroom facility in the U-Haul location was filthy.

long wait for van day of pick up. first van had tire light on and second van door wouldn’t shut to turn off back light. asked to return a few hour after return time, they said have it back by 5 and charged me for the full day plus the $11 fee. If i had known that i would have requested to keep it to the next day. I also put in ¼ tank more of gas than needed because i wasn’t given updated paper work when they switched trucks for the tire light. I will never rent from here again.

The first truck i was give had the driver side visor ripped off and the passenger side what broken... i went back in and requested another truck which i was given but i lost another 1/2 hour in the process. I was not happy as the trucks should be fully operational.

The GM Will was very helpful and his staff super friendly and helpful. I was also inquiring about storage there as well as also used to drop off truck.

I rented a u-haul for 4-hrs, but lost an hour waiting in line to pick it up. When it was my turn I was told they dispatched it out to someone else because I supposedly wasn’t there.. The manager took good care of me in that he was able to get me another rental. They are either terribly short-staffed on Saturdays, or maybe their computer systems are slow, or the process to check out needs to be changed. I booked on line, downloaded my license and thought this would be a quick process. I had people waiting for me to help me move. It made for a rough start to a long, hot & humid day. When I returned the rental, I sat in it for about 10-minutes before someone came out. I felt bad for the employees. They seemed to be doing their best and were pleasant, but something in the check in process held things up beyond an acceptable amount of time a customer should have to wait.

Wait for Call Center agent was 20+ min at 10 pm No one could help when the online return was not working Expecting customers to call the location in the morning , because your tool was not working is unacceptable

I wound up having to rent this motorcycle trailer which was too small for my bikes a Yamaha VMax and a Harley Davidson 1200 Sportser. The sales person felt they would fit. After renting the trailer I found out that the bikes would not fit. Because it was after 7 and I could not return the trailer I wound up stuck with the rental on this trailer and had to go to Orange to get another trailer before they closed. This doubled the cost of renting a trailer not to mention the anxiety of racing to the Orange UHaul to get another trailer to save my short vacation or the hassle of returning two trailers at the completion of our trip.

The team tried to charge me $17 for fuel when I brought it back on a half tank! They also didn’t refund me for a day when I returned it a whole day early. In addition I never used the blankets or dolly and they charged me for that. I may never use U-Haul again.

The person who took rented me the trailer was nice and welcoming. He explained everything, though there seemed to be the distinct odor old alcoholic beverages permeating from him. He asked 2 gentleman to get my trailer ready and provided them the trailer number. They set up the trailer for me.

Please make sure that there’s gas in the truck. When I picked up the rental, it only had 1/16th of a tank. It doesn’t matter if the last renter left it there, it shouldn’t be so low when it is being sent out.
