I have to admit, having regularly worked with Unit 34 (Troy and Brandi) for several years now, I had forgotten what a pain UHaul could be. Random relocations of available trucks. Even more random personnel and procedures. I really preferred knowing who I was doing business with and they were absolutely exceptional at customer service. Add to that, it was obvious they were there to rent trucks... not to notarize things, sell cigarettes, pump gas, make tortillas.... I felt like it was just apart of my business, not some crap shoot if I'd even understand the checkout and return process, much less find the doors on the place open. While I've been able to work through the past several rentals, they are far more inconvenient, costly in time and mileage, and impersonal. I know there are city costs you are shifting and business priorities you have at work. UHaul used to be my least favorite part of our at least monthly routine and is returning to that status. That all said, Thanks Troy for helping me keep it a bit less chaotic. It's nice having a single touchpoint and I hope I can be of benefit to you to continue doing so.

thomas hAfter picking up the rental, before leaving the lot, vehicle reported low tire pressure in one of the rear wheels. Representative stated the tire pressure was checked earlier & is fine - but just an issue with the sensor. Not a great confidence boost when the tire pressure monitor keeps reporting issues each time the vehicle is started - especially when it's loaded with personal items.
James PThe onsite contact should give customers a heads up that they will get a text to take and upload pictures before leaving. I didn’t notice this until I reached my destination and the link had expired when I tried to use it.
