When I talk to uhaul they didn't know what was going on couldn't find my reservations. They had my reservation for 11 pm when they finally found it. My email says 11 am. Another person wanted me to go 90 miles away to get a truck. She acted like she didn't care that I couldn't get my truck to move. I hung up and called the Area manager Kyle Moody. This guy was on it. He had my truck ready within the next 30 minutes. Kyle is the man, the people at uhau

Marvin WWe had to drive 1.5 hours each way to pick up our truck after we were confirmed to pick it up 2 miles from our home. This was a complete disaster as we moved out of state and this put us 1 day behind. The girl on the phone in MT was completely unprofessional and cursed at me then hung up. I will never use Uhaul again for ANYTHING!
