Nielson's staff were pros! They made renting easy, straight-forward and affordable. I was able to pick up fencing supplies in Bellingham for the price of the rental (including the base mileage charge of 100 miles) and $50 in gas. No hidden fees, no nonsense; good truck. Thank you!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNielson’s is an excellent location! Great customer service.
Anthony RKeep up the good service!
Ronald HWe paid cash when we picked up the u-haul and had to pay a further $100.00 deposit because we paid cash (nobody understood why) which was to be refunded when the truck was dropped off. Drop off staff had to reach out to local rep as to how to deal with it. We've been told we will be getting a check in 7-10 days which is fine, no problem. I don't understand why the drop off business should be out of pocket for money they didn't collect in the first place. I'm sure there are people who pay cash and are relying on getting their $100.00 back when the vehicle is returned.
