DONALD BOnline information only provided the address. Once at the location, there was no signage to indicate where to go. The associate that helped me was very friendly and made the process of renting easy. I answered that I wouldn't recommend this location tona friend only based on the fact that it's no where near where I live. It was used based on the specific need at the time.
alexander mThe gentleman at the counter couldn't speak English so he needed to call on the phone to get someone to assist me. When I asked him how to lower the ramp he never mentioned that you needed to raise it after the extension in order to make it level to the truck. There were no bungie cords to tie things down with. When I returned the truck no one seemed interested in reviewing the truck to verify wear and return of the dolly. This is my first experience with UHaul. Think I will try Budget next time..
Colleen MThe staff at the market was friendly and helpful. In today's society, that's enough.
