My vehicle that was assigned to me was disgusting, I called and made a complaint with U-Haul directly. There was not only a stinch of marijuana there was actual marijuana on the seats, and floorboards. I pointed it out to the owners of the Sunoco store. Nothing was done. When I came in to pay my bill I was floored that I was being billed in full. I feel like putting customers in vehicles that have illegal substances on board is a very bad practice. If I was pulled over and arrested for an illegal substance, that I not only called U-Haul about, I also brought it to the owners attention, it would have been very bad. I didn't have time. To argue. With anyone I had already been led to believe the truck was at my desired location. Which it wasn't it was in. A different town altogether, then the marijuana incident. I'm lucky. I have gotten anything done. I was charged 75.00 and quoted 35 plus mileage.I didn't drive 80 miles. Starting to feel like U-Haul is a racket designed to not only put customers livelihood in danger but to squeeze us for every red cent. Please contact me back regarding this fiascoDana B.

The online reservation process would benefit from an easier, more intuitive flow with a smartphone. On my phone I couldn't step out of my reservation screen to upload photos of my DL. I had to just wait to complete my check-in at the station.SAMMIE F.
Dropped keys with the counter attendant, but attendant was too busy to review the vehicle and check for gas, mileage, or damage. Said I'd get an email. Not really that comfortable, but left and fortunately got an email the next day saying all was fine.dennis G.
The location was great. UHaul could seriously improve their customer service quality as a whole by allowing different drop off / pick up locations for in town orders. Caused a huge headache for me yesterday. Not impressed.STEPHANIE B.
My online reservation showed different information than Sunoco but, they called Uhaul and they were walked through how to get it to match. The store personnel were friendly and helpful. Just a little time consuming, nothing major.Carol D.

Very poor customer service. The service guy was rude and yelled at me. He over charged me because he gave me a quote for $0.76 a mile but charged me $0.99. He was suppose refund me $3.00 for not going over my miles but he charged me $4.25 for gas after I put $3.50 in the tank. He told if I have an issue you can take it up with uhaul.Nina T.

So happy we found this close to our home! The service was excellent. Super friendly. Truck was fantastic. Easy pick up and return. Only small issue we had was contacting them by phone. Because we have a california area code( i guess) it would not accept our call. Other than that it was greatFrederick W.

Fix the mobile pick up, that was the most frustrating part. The button to take a photo of the fuel and mileage would not trigger the camera I was stuck on that screen for about 10-15 minutes and finally just said "fuck it, I'm behind schedule now" but that's about it.Aarti P.

The 26' truck I had was clean and very well maintained; I thought the unleaded engine would not be as powerful as the diesel engine but was mistaken. My truck was COMPLETELY full and it handled a full load front-to-back with no hesitation at all.Milton R.

Tried to rent at this location before and Uhaul I reserved was not there when I got there. Seems like fried chicken sales were more important than U-Haul sale. $350 lost due to poor customer service. I wonder how many pieces of chicken that was?Gwendolyn H.
