The option to order online and pick up and go may be nice for some people but I prefer to look at options and talk to people about products.
Juliette RUnfortunately this was not our chosen drop off location. Uhaul changed location without notifying us. The location helped us on the phone
Mark DThe location is a little confusing. There are two buildings side by side and I'm not sure if there is anywhere to actually go in for customers. People walked out and found me. I was able to get the trailer checked in. I think they rely quite a bit on the mobile app. The app doesn't work well on my phone so I don't use it unless I have to. They were nice and got things taken care of though. A parking lot and a place for people to walk in would be great though. Or if there is a place to go in, maybe some better signage. All-in-all it was fine though.
