This place was nearly invisible from the road. It was very poorly lit. It was unclear where to leave the truck. We had to use our headlights to light it up for pics. And then at the end of check in it wanted a pic of the location and we had already finished every other part with the truck where we left it and now had to figure out a good final pic in the dark where the building wasnt in view. People pick up and drop off at night. This place needs to be lit properly. You cant even see it from the road until youre on top of it and have your headlights pointed at it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDespite inclement weather and a power outage, I was able to get my rental. Folks on site were friendly and helpful. Van did everything I needed it to do. Return was easy too. Would recommend this location. Make a reservation though, it's a relatively new U-Haul location and they have fewer vehicles than larger locations.
Michael HThis was my first experience renting a van electronically. There was a bit of a learning process which will be much easier in the future. My one frustration was that the location that I reserved the van at did not have a van for that day/time. While an initial confirmation email was sent, a second email, which I overlooked, was sent stating that I needed to pick up the van at a different, less convenient, location. I found this out when I incorrectly went to my initial reservation location to pick up the van.
