Your process of scheduling the pickup spot at a convenient location but then changing it the night before is not good. When a person is moving, every minute is planned so that all coordination comes together for a successful move. You originally switched our pickup spot to a really inconvenient location. I had read enough reviews to know that I should call to see if I could get it changed. I did and your phone person was very helpful and it all worked out but that does not cure the initial panic or the problem I would have had if I did not know to call. Perhaps, when you are going to change a location, your representative should reach out to select a convenient alternate location rather than just picking one.

Great service and flexibility
Aziz EWorst experience ever truck wasn’t ready no explanation why told me to leave and call U-Haul for them to sort out the reason why my reserve truck wasn’t available. As I was leaving, the U-Haul truck pulled in, and I was able to get it. There was no clear checkout process. When I returned the truck a day early they didn’t have me sign any paperwork. They said there was no checkout, just very disorganized untrustworthy and I will never rent there again.
Kelly OIt was a little confusing at first because you don't really have interaction with a person. We did not know where to park the truck and where to leave the keys. We did go into the gas station to ask for assistance. The instructions given on the website were not as clear with this process.
