Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location and service was great but U-Haul customer service didn’t communicate well or follow up as promised so didn’t get the dolly or covers that we reserved.
Susie DMaybe friendlier staff, we ordered a 10 foot truck from one location and then they called saying they didn't have a 15 foot truck so they recommended a different place which no biggie cause we ended up getting the $50 credit refunded to us since the first location didn't have it. But it was very hot in the second location, not too far, and the staff seemed like we were a bother which was odd because there was literally nobody else in there waiting.
Taveres CThey didn't provide me a receipt at the end and didn't process the return until the next day. Uhaul also knew my route and still provided me less miles than what was needed. I ended up having to pay more.
Anthony Struck bed was dirty as well as the cab. Vacuum or broom would have been nice.
