While my transaction was a simple Appliance Hand Truck rental, I was still impressed with the customer service at this location. I was there on a busy Saturday morning for pick up and Sunday morning for drop off. Both of the customer service representatives that I encountered were friendly to both myself and other clients. Be more helpful overall. The employee working looked annoyed that we were there. And when we asked questions pertaining to the online check in not working, the employee just shrugged and let us keep struggling. When i got there no one was in the store there was 5 customer's waiting for 20 minutes. They forgot to give me my dolly and charged me for it they gave me the wrong truck. I had to back the truck out the lot myself from all the way in the back. Very bad.tasha W.
The staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to reserve a vehicle easily with no issues. The staff helped me figure out which vehicle would be most appropriate and were very clear about how the rental needed to be returned. My whole life I've either owned or knew someone with a truck if I've needed one. A year 1/2 ago my father passed away and my mom had to sell his truck. UHAUL has been so good to me over this time. The first person who helped me when I picked the truck up was rude and not helpful at all, would not help me after asking a couple different times. Another employee stepped in and was super helpful and I got lucky when I returned the truck the helpful employee checked me out and even apologized for the experience that I had when picking up truck. There should be more options for accessibility, I was struggling with the app standing in the rain noticing several unmarked damages to the truck that was not identified. I went back into the building three different times to ask for help, finally the third time the nice employee assisted me and got me out of there as quickly as possible. I've rented from U-Haul several times, first time from this location and do not plan on going back.Alicia P.
Uhaul equipment was clean and I received excellent support from the representative. The truck I received had broken windscreen wipers - just put together to look good. The right wiper fell apart in the first 5 minutes operation in the rain, the left one broke (the viper blade separated) in the third day of week long trip. The right windscreen wiper washer did not work at all. I contacted Uhaul for help with the wipers in Cheyenne, WY - they refused to help and terminated the call. I had to buy replacement wipers and have them installed loosing time and money along the way.Tomas K.
Kassandra, who I believe is the manager, was AMAZING. There is not a place to mentioned positive experiences (what a shame that you just want the negative...). Kassandra was friendly, prompt, handled an issue with the vehicle professionally. You all could improve on better customer service. I was double charged for something and no one was really helpful or using their customer service experiences to assist and make the move easy. They made it so hard and difficult and then to find out I was double charged when I had asked and informed the Agent that my order was or should have been a package deal. There was extra taxes that were placed on the order because I had to drive 45mins out of my way just to pick up the truck. The Agent also informed me I had to return the tow-dolly to a different location, which was not discussed during the reservation. I felt like I was being targeted for her office to make more money. That is not right. I wish I could speak to her to let her know she needs to find another job that does not pertain to good paying customers. Please give me a call, as there is too much to write.
