JESSE GI had to wait 30 min while they decided if what looked to me like a ding in the paint on the back door that may have been created by a pebble was enough damage to charge me for. This damage was visible in the photos I approved when I collected the truck but I did not specifically photograph it and submit it to the site as damage. It sounds like this location recently got into trouble for not properly reporting damages to trucks but I would not recommend this location to a friend given that I don't know if they would be charged for negligible damage that they did not cause. The person who was concerned did seem quite new, so it might be fine as they get more experience, but I don't think I would take the risk
Hazel BKristi was kind quick courteous and all the good things one could say. It was my second time using that location and they haven't done me wrong.
Michael SI had an incredible experience. Everybody was so nice and help walk me through the rental process while I was already very anxious about moving already.
