This location was convenient and easy to get to for the short-term van rental I needed. Tyler was very helpful in getting me checked in for the rental. The office at this location closes at 6 pm, and I returned as Tyler was locking up for the day. He went out of his way to ensure that the van was returned in a secure spot with a camera view so it could be monitored overnight. He also helped me ensure everything was ready for the return and helped get the van locked when there was an issue, and the key was already in the lockbox. Would recommend, and will rent again from this location should I need a van/truck in the future.

GERARD PThe verification process using "Smart Phones" seems to be a pain in the A$$. Otherwise very smooth! Thanks
Steve JI used my maps app to navigate to this location. I was on the freeway at Vaughn edit when it told me I was there. I probably drove around in circles for an hour trying to find this place. Unless you know this area I wouldn't recommend this location.
JOHN FBetter location than the last one I tried in downtown. Very helpful, friendly employees too
