Even though the location was closed on Saturday it was easy renting the vehicle using my phone. The location was convenient for me.

Hard to describe the area. The gentleman who took my keys said that another woman would settle the account, but she was not available. So I left the keys with him, took video of the trucks condition (which was excellent) and left. I later received an email that the account was zero balance. The man who took the keys was very friendly, but was a bit short with me, not in a bad way, but like he had several other things to do.

NAKAI GThis location is a great example of why U-Haul loses business to competitors who offer less. I dropped off at 8:00 and my email receipt showed 10:00 so I was charged $70 for an extra day. So many smaller U-Haul affiliates are just scammers. It’s such a disappointment to have to deal with that as a customer. The lot I chose to return the truck to was closer to home and large, but I was advised to return the truck to these scammers because the larger lot was full. I should have insisted on another, larger location but I was tired after moving. I resent being taken advantage of and I advise not doing business with these folks if at all possible!
