The cleaning supplies make the cab smell kind of weird. Also, a tire was quite low on air (as indicated on dash) so I'd say in the future just double check that as well. Overall 10/10!

We rent U Haul often, and the manager here could not have been more accommodating, As soon as I came in, they are friendly and helpful, making the rental smooth. When I came back, the Manager himself came out, and helped us unhitch the equipment, rather then make us wait. !!

The rep who assisted me in Portsmouth, NH was Excellent and it restored my confidence in U-Haul. The other week I rented a trailer from the Salisbury MA location and that manager deleted my online booking and recreated it in store and moved my time from 15 hours to 3 so I was double charged. The windshield wipers on this truck were in terrible condition and made it hard to see in the rain and there was some sort of mechanical issue with the rear end, either breaks or transmission related.
