Customer service was terrible. Phone consultants have little knowledge of what they are doing and will provide incorrect information with confidence even when they know they're wrong. Information was recorded but never asked, the pricing and package was communicated incorrectly, talked with several different people and they all said different things, no one is on the same page and notes are either disregarded or never written down in the first place. Website is not user friendly. Options are non existent. Gas station attendants don't have any knowledge of the company or contract information.

KERRY G.Advise customers that it is very hard to determine exactly where they pick the truck up and notify them that it is only a gas station/convenience store. The employee that assisted me was rude and deceived me of the truck being cleaned and sanitized. He also said the truck had a full tank of gas and it did not. The truck reeked of cigarette smoke and another employee verified the odor and the ashes all over the entire trucks cab. I cleaned Legos out of the back along with other debris!
