The truck almost caused an accident because it needs maintenance ASAP!! An inexperienced driver is going to lose they life in that truck. The steering is super loose and the tie rod or axel is at the point of falling off. I did not get use out of the rental at all. Very unsatisfactory!!

The customer service person was very nice, but the location itself was in a cramped parking lot. When I drove to it, it was during rush hour and was extremely hard to access due to the traffic.

Barbara SI would love for them to check in your vehicle while you are standing in front of them instead of telling you to leave and they will close out the account later. When i checked my vehicle in I put $35 worth of gas in it to bring it back to 3/4 tank of gas where I left it. When I looked at the closing bill they emailed me they charged for 5 additional gallons of gas ($22.50). I have no way of proving the gas level when I returned the truck. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CHECKING OUT A VEHICLE FROM ANY RENTAL PLACE TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE GAS LEVEL AND MILEAGE WHEN YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE.
