While the location was clean and well maintained, the check in and check out experience on the app was abysmal. The location seems to be in an LTE dead zone, so uploading pictures took several minutes each, making the entire process painful. The app kept rebooting and there were no people onsite to assist (I checked out a car at 4:45p). I would not use this location again; would rather deal with people or at least be somewhere with fast internet.
Martin PThe location incharge always insists on self checkin citing “this is not UHaul” and the Verizon cellular reception in the area is poor. Having an assisted and proactive check in at the counter can go miles to save time and improve customer experience.
