Came early received keys. Had to wait until someone could come back with me. Came back just after they closed at 3 and the truck would not start
Erica H.you advertise the truck being $20 to rent and use but charge extra fees not explained in the beginning. it's very misleading and when returned the vehicle i find out it's double the price of what i paid initially to rent the truck. $50 for gas when i only used half a quarter of a tank when i could've taken it and filled it up myself for $50. unbelievable that none of this was mentioned before picking the truck up or while i was using the truck. i will never be using uhaul services again and will be taking my business and money elsewhere.
