Marla I.Nothing at all wrong with the location. However I was not provided enough miles for the destination. Terrible service that I was unable to explain my situation to the employee at the pickup location. Further, at the drop off location I was told someone was there, but they were not. No way to return rental equipment, no one to speak with. I will never use u-haul again. The wait on hold with customer service is terrible. You are never able to speak to someone local. The rental process for u-boxes is AWFUL!
