Isn’t at the location at all. Tried to charge me for an extra day even though I turned the U-Haul in the day before. No one to talk to.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHaving to drive 2 hours to pick up the truck was a bit of a hassle for no discount etc. the location was great she was super friendly and helped with the online checkout process
Nick GWilliamson Investments - efficient, timely, and helpful. I highly recommend.
Cris SLlocation didn’t clean vehicle more windows. It would been helpful if they would have done so. Made me feel like they didn’t have a truck when called to verify that they would when asked to call. Then didn’t read time of appointment assumed it was noon. Had to call then wait for someone to show up for 10am appointment. If you have an issue with the people in the office they don’t want to help you.
anna pCustomer service was fast, pleasant and I was on my way quickly.
