The truck did have a few broken down small boxes but was not that big of a deal to complain about.

Barbara JVery dark and sketchy place to drop off.
JAMES JWas an hour late, they had two trailers, running lights did not work on either, we made the trip during the day. Rep negotiated to lock the latch, so as we were leaving it came OFF the hitch and rammed into the bumper of the truck. Neither of the reps spoke very much English so communication was an issue. As stated both trailers had no running lights, number two is the one he tried to give us but it had a flat tire. I’ve used y’all before and it was a good experience, but this time has left a bitter taste in my mouth!
Roy BChecked in on the app and then had to check in AGAIN via person. Truck was littered inside.
