The person on shift when I picked up the trailer hooked up the trailer incorrectly and dangerously. I had to fix it. He also wasn’t planning on testing the lights until I told him to watch while I tested them. He told me not to take pictures and that he would do it, but he only took 1 picture from the side. The trailer had wood chips and debris in it when I received it. When I returned the equipment, the lady on shift was the only person available running the store and could not help me lift the trailer off the hitch. I had to get another customer to lift it with me.
AARON ZJust be prepared for the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. That was overwhelming to me because I am not accustomed to being around anyone or any environment with smoke.
