I was called a few days before to change the drop off as the selected location did not have room at the U-Haul center. I asked for Prescott Valley and instead was given this location in the next town. Nothing against the location as they were great.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNeed more parking space - there was nowhere to park the return truck that was probably too large (in length) for that particular location.
Larry KThis location does not offer installation or help with the equipment it is renting out.
Kristin LService was excellent. The gentleman was knowledgeable and very respectful and show me what I needed and went over all the details and lights.
ROBERTO YVery easy to rent online with the Uhaul app and also easy changing or modifying my rental. Truck worked great and filled my needs. The staff was friendly when I picked up and dropped off the truck.
