Crystal Long has the best customer service. I called days before since my order was moved to a location out of the way. She helped me problem solve and schedule the truck I needed at the location the was best for our trip. The truck was clean which was huge for me.

You have 2 GEMS! I have to say that your Prince Frederick location is the cleanest and most impressive location where I have ever rented a U-Haul, and I have been to quite a few from Maryland to Arizona. I was very impressed. Crystal was so very personable, informative and helpful. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. I normally do not write a lot of reviews, but to not write one this time, would have been an injustice to these ladies. Thank You BOTH again for your excellent service.
