Adam Avery difficult online pick up processing. the dolly and cover blankets we ordered were not in the truck! we had to drive to the nearest uhaul to get it! our schedule to move was delayed 3 hours!
Arturo PThe location was difficult to leave with the 26 foot truck because it was in the city and there was construction happening on the intersection right next to the store. They were also having difficulties with their payment system, so we were there for about an hour before they were able to process our payment. The man was very professional and worked with us to complete the payment but it was quite the process.
