Ensure the truck is at least broom swept when a new customer picks up the truck. I had to sweep the truck before using it as their was alot of debris on the floor of the truck. Took picture if needed.Jesus C.

When I arrived at the drop off location which was on my paperwork, the clerk (who was very nice and apologized) told me I could not drop the truck off there because they did not have room. I called customer service/scheduling and told me I had to bring it to another location. I was very dis-satisfied and will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.Marilyn S.
The trucks tires showed signs of dry rot. There was trash and clothing left in the cab. I ordered 30 blankets and they had none. The ABS light kept on coming on during the drive. I have used UHaul for several years. I had to spend $120 more than budgeted because the blanket were not there. My son who drives professionally stated that the vehicle was unsafeBenjamin T.
While it was not my first choice to pick up the vehicle the gentleman who assisted me was great. Despite the phone agent who I booked my truck through and the email you sent the online check in was a waster of time. Needed license scanned and card swiped so stop telling people to do that.Richard A.
I returned the truck about 6:50 I was past by 20 min and they charged me 44 dollar which I think they shouldn't, also I explain the guy about the feul but they still charged me for it which it was ok, but charged another 44 dollars for 20 more minutes I think that's not fear, I want my 44 dollars back I'm I'll call customer services tomorrow..Victor R.
U-haul representative didnt know how to propertly assist me because of lack of knowledge on the computer, had to wait past half and hour eventhough i had a reservation and was just picking up the van, gave me a hard time and even charge me for gas when the gas level was beyond what i started of withyeyscol O.
Rental drop off was problematic, could barely find anyone who speaks English, the return location was poorly labeled and the process took substantially longer than it needed to.kevin C.

I very disappointed that the location that I picked wasn't available, I had to drive out of my way to pick up the truck and the location didn't open until 10- the truck was not clean ( the back)Carla G.
The trailer was clean and in good condition. However, one of the two brake lights/turn signals was not connected to the wiring. I discovered this when problem-solving why the light only one side worked. The non-functional light was not simply disconnected but had a red plastic cap on the end of the wiring, making it appear that it had never been hooked up in the first place! Although everything working fine once I plugged in the light, a customer should not have to worry about this sort of thing. A first time user might simply have used the trailer as is which would be a potentially dangerous situation.Robert C.

When I arrived it took 15-20 minutes to kocate the guy to get me set up. I lost 40 minutes of loading time which affected later trying to make an appointment. I would still recommend this place. It is what it is. I am used to an actual U-Haul dealer that is quicker. Not a family owned store front.kelly S.

Worst uhaul I've ever rented at, and I've rented at most of the uhauls in the area. I rent uhaul 2-6 times a month. This Location shouldn't even be allowed to rent U-Haul. I never leave reviews, but today I am. Here goes my story. When I arrived 7 minutes after my 8am reservation, I walked in to the store looking for the rental desk. 10 ppl or more on the clock there and working, but none of them could help me with my rental. They told me I had to wait for the person that does rental to come in. They call the person and they said they'd be in, in about 20 mins. So I had to hang around til 8:30 for them to rent me a truck. Then when the girl gets in she has no idea how to hand the rental and the paper work. I told her I was gonna pay cash and hand her my Id and $100.00. After 3 times of trying to process the paper work she hands me back everything. She trys a few more times and then asked me for $140.00 as the deposit. I had forgotten she gave me my ID and $100.00 deposit back. I proceeded to tell her I gave her the money already and then her manager shows up. He Said he'll check the camera to see if I gave her any money. The manager disappears for 2 minutes and comes back. Keep in mind I've been with the girl for about 15 minutes or more now cuz she couldnt get the process right. He proceeded to tell me I never gave her anything..... then I realize I have the hundred wrapped around my ID in pocket. I understand I forgot I put it back in my pocket but how could he watch the video in 2 minutes and tell me I never gave any money. What a a bunch of liars. I end up giving her a $100.00 and we proceed to the check-in part of the rental. She jumps in the truck and checks the miles and gas level and tells me everything is all set. After she runs in I check the gas and miles and notice the gas is more than and 1/8 off = $12 gas. I call the girl over again and she States take a picture and I will too, becaue I don't know how to change the gas in the system. I start laughing but say ok. Not even a min after the girl goes back in the store I have to run after her again. I come to find the back of the truck is littered with trash and empty boxes. Also all of the moving blankets provided in the truck are ripped out of the package, unfolded on the floor, and there's an extra Dollie in the back. I have to call the girl over so she can help me remove the moving blankets and I took care of somebody else's dirty trash. You would you would think because I'm able to go on my way that this would be the end of things. But it wasn't. When I returned I went over on the miles by 2. I was told I had a balance of 1.98 cents. Typical Uhaul will give me a Uhaul receipt when I'm done. She told me she doesn't know how to change the gas in the system so she has to wait.This girl cashes me out and gives me a a small grocery store receipt that has nothing to do with Uhaul or any itemization of what happened in the transaction. Going to call U-Haul today to make sure thEduardo H.

They shouldn't even have an account there. The guy ask if I need help hooking up the trailer. They didn't know what they were doing. Wrong trailer wiring so no lights the whole way home. He ask if I want to go buy the connector. Really what kind of business these guys running? By far worst place I have ever been to.Ngoc N.
