Everything was excellent, the guy who handed me the keys was very kind, but I would have liked a brief explanation of how to use the truck, for example, where the emergency lights are located, because I was looking for them everywhere, but everything went very well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst of all, the pick up spot is next to a dumpster and piles of trash, filled with all kinds of bugs and mosquitoes you have to march through to take photos. You can tell these have seen better days in providence and the pick up location is really a tell of how the experience will be. The mpg is below the lowest of the low it’s just sad. Another person was trying to get their uhaul as well and couldn’t take photos as well because the whole thing is pressed against a broken fence. Overall a horrible experience.

TIFFNY TThe back yard where the truck was located was littered with trash, needles, clothes, debris, and piss. I felt uncomfortable even walking around. There was trash everywhere. It steeled like piss, there were clothes all over the place, and it stunk like rats.
Gregg DThe van was not well maintained. The latch for the rear door was not fully closed. Also the brake has an issue.
