I was never informed that my reservation was moved to a different location on the whole other side of the city. The Uhaul phone app is utterly useless, having me create a new account and no option to use existing account to see ANYTING related to what I actually reserved. Had to use the website to find the new location. However the attendent at the new location was AWESOME! Zero Issues with him, and highly recommend! Thanks again

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad to drive an hour to pick up truck, thank heavens they didn’t give away my reserved truck
Christina BStaff was super helpful and friendly. Great experience!
Washington CI reserved this truck for the Carruth location, when I got there the guy says its at the 29th auto location, I flew in to do this move and this was very frustrating. Then I had to call to get into the truck, when the guy called to confirm, I explained that I would be there 6:30-7, then he should of explained that the truck was at this location Then the headlight was out on vehicle made it very hard to drive at night
S JHaul is one of the few honorable needed services and it is very affordable and friendly I personally use it once or twice a year and I appreciate you so much ease don't change a m thing and bless you all .
