Was about 20 mins from my house, so that wasn't greatest having to drive all the way there to pick up then have to drive all the way back to drop it off, I know they can't control who has what, but would of nice if there was closer one to my house but that is all.Timothy S.

The worker at the A1 security RV storage was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He greeted me outside, guided me to where to drop off the trailer and he took the trailer off of my vehicle. He was able to help me get a refund for an appliance dolly I did not receive when I picked up the trailer. This location was not the drop off location I chose when I received the trailer, but I am glad I ended up going there to drop off the trailer. I would definitely use this location again for future trips.Eddie R.

The equipment was fine but I wouldn't recommend UHaul in general because this entire experience was awful. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but when I do I'll try harder to find a budget truck, Penske, anything else for that matter. We booked our truck online and chose a pickup location which was changed without our knowledge for inventory reasons....that was fine but we were never notified. I found out when they called for confirmation. The new location didn't have our truck and had to send us to another location the day of. Furthermore I got a call the next day asking why I hadn't turned in my truck which I told them I had it another day. Because the previous Friday when they called for confirmation I extended my reservation. I sat on hold and was bounced around to 3 different people for a total of 40 minutes to get that fixed, which clearly was never fixed. The whole company and customer service is a shit show and needs to be ran better.Alexis O.

To whom concern: Order number: 88767077 On Monday 13th May 2019, I drove down to Uhaul situated in Casper Wyoming and booked a 20 foot (2-3 bedroom) truck for a one way trip from Colorado Springs, Colorado to Casper, Wyoming. I was allocated mileage of 403 miles, more than enough for my haul. I was informed that I would receive an email from Uhaul confirming the pickup location in Colorado Springs. Also, that the pickup location might change but would still be in Colorado Springs. I received the email with pickup location. I arrived in Colorado Springs the night before pickup and received a text message that now stated that the pickup location was in Pueblo Colorado and not in Colorado Springs! Pueblo is a complete different town, more than 50 miles away! I now had to find a way to get to Pueblo, 45 minutes away to pick up the truck! After picking up the truck, it had less than half a tank of gas in it, there were damages all over the truck that was not marked with your â€œxâ€ marking, to include a chipped windshield. Your representative told me to take pictures for my records. Really? I had to do your work? I filled the truck and drove my load to Casper Wyoming. I arrived in Casper, downloaded the truck and returned it. Your representative looked the truck over and I pointed out all the damage that was not marked. His response â€œsome guys do not have the â€œxâ€ stickers. Next he told me that he is going to charge me for the 8 MILES THAT I WENT OVER THE ALLOCATED 400 MILES! I explained to him that the allocation was from COLORADO SPRINGS AND NOT PUEBLO COLORADO. He apologized but said that he does not have the authority to void the miles and charged my credit card! Firstly, by moving the pick up location 51 miles (see the attachment) FROM ONE CITY TO ANOTHER, your company cost me more than 90 minutes in extra driving, there and back from Colorado Springs, you also cost me the gas for 110 EXTRA MILES that I had to drive and you have the audacity to charge me for 8 miles that I went over the mileage allocation from Uhaul? This is totally unacceptable business practice and my next step is contacting and sending this email to the Better Business Bureau. This is NOT is not about the few Dollars for the 8 extra miles. It is about the complete experience of doing business with your company.Hendrik I.
