The maintenance of weeds was not kept up. But, what does that have to do with a rental. Just needs landscaping work. Nice customer service.

The two representatives at this location were very friendly and helpful. The team was a young woman and older man, Lizy and Paul respectively. I may have gotten their names incorrect but nonetheless they were helpful, informative, and professional. There was a longer line of people when picking up the vehicle and the young woman worked efficiently to process everyone. Then when returning the vehicle, the older gentleman was quick to confirm vehicle performed as expected, the back was open and received the keys from me quickly so I could get on my way. They both worked together as a good team and did their job very well and efficiently.
Jerome LWorker was upfront ready to help direct us to the drop-off point.
Sean MCurtis and the old man were great, I made it to the wrong location and they help accommodated for me that I was able to pickup at there location since I was already there which was very helpful. Highly recommend this location.
EDDIE RPaul “The Old Guy” made my day. I arrived 30 minutes before the store opened and so did Paul. He not only showed me where to drop the trailer off in his sweet RAV4 with 280,000 miles on it but helped me detach it and test my cars towing running lights. Found out I popped a fuse. He really made the experience great.
