I've had a lot of bad experiences with U-Haul rentals, but this was not one of them. As a matter of fact, it was the best one I've had. The most helpful, friendly, attentive attendant I've ever interacted with.

We took over an hour trying to rent a van. They tried to over charge on mileage.
THOMAS RForgive me, but I do not remember the lady's name. Anyway, she was very pleasant and courteous. She explained things well and answered any questions we had. Five stars for sure!!!!
LAURA NIt wasn't a problem with this location, but I had reserved a location closer to my storage unit, and the reservation was changed to this location. That increased the cost of my rental due to mileage. Overall, it wasn't a HUGE issue, but it still cost me more. You shouldn't be able to reserve vehicles unless they are available.
